Join our team at Humberstone Road and help maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across our production site.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional to support food safety, quality, and product standards throughout the production process. Working closely with the QA Manager and Operations teams, you will help ensure products meet customer, legal, and company requirements.

Pay: £14.76 per hour

Monday to Friday

06:00-14:00
14:00-22:00

Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire

• Monitor and maintain quality and technical standards across the site
• Carry out quality checks and report any non-conformances
• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specification requirements
• Conduct benchmarking, shelf‑life, consistency, and sensory testing
• Collect samples for laboratory analysis
• Support customer audits and site visits
• Work closely with Production and NPD teams to maintain compliance
• Promote a right‑first‑time approach to quality standards

• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent
• Experience with in a Quality Assurance role in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP and Root Cause Analysis
• Internal auditing experience
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards
