Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains in Grimsby as we are looking to recruit a Senior
Lettings Negotiator /Trainee Lettings Manager to join our estate agency branch.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is essential. Great opportunity for an experienced Negotiator to progress their career in Lettings, with a fabulous patch covering Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
