Position: Supervisor (Part-Time)

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays

The Role

Oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential, and ensure our customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience.

Champion our brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. You will lead by example, set personal KPIs and sales targets, and work in a fast‑paced, sometimes high‑pressured retail environment.

What You’ll Do Sales floor
  • Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat them
  • Drive exceptional service through role‑modelling our selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs
  • Perform store walks; understand the importance of commerciality and how this shapes visual merchandising
  • Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success
  • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care
Personal sales
  • Build the bond between our brand and the customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on personalities and needs
  • Use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity
Store operations
  • Act as key holder for the store and ensure the relevant opening/closing procedures are carried out
  • Cashing up and reconciling the till systems
  • Assist store management with administrative duties including recruitment and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings if required
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries; unload and store in correct spaces
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and manage escalations from the wider team
  • Always be alert on the shop floor and follow company security policies and procedures to keep the team and customers safe
The Successful Candidate
