The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and supporting contract, assigned customer and prospect accounts to sell company products within a designated geography and market sector.
You will be driven and focussed towards meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
Have solid knowledge of Wearable PPE products and specifically the offshore and onshore renewables sector.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and sales experience to drive customer commitment and revenue growth.
Development of a personal network within the business sector, representing Survitec with customers and at business sector events.

Key Responsibilities- Developing a sales plan to deliver revenue retention, revenue growth and new business
- Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
- Maintaining accurate customer data to support business growth.
- Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
- Performing additional duties as required by management.
- Educated to University Degree level
- 1 – 10 years of general work experience with comprehensive job-related (Sales) experience. This specialist experience could come from direct sales or from technical product know-how and/or support of the sales process.
- Can build strong customer relationships and delivers customer‑centric solutions
- Ease of making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Ability to hold self and others to account for meeting commitments
- Can relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Can manoeuvre comfortably through complex policy, process, and people‑related organisational dynamics
- Creates confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments aligned with Survitec business goals
- Effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside Survitec
- Have experience to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
