Sales Assistant; Part-Time

At Pandora, we’re all about creating moments that matter. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers discover beautiful, hand‑finished jewellery that tells their story — turning each interaction into a special memory.

Work schedule:

12 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, full‑time (Permanent).

Pay: £13.25 per hour.

• Drive sales & deliver exceptional service:
  Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by flawlessly executing our customer experience model ‘Every Moment Matters’ and creating memorable experiences.
• Build rapport and loyalty:
  Connect with customers, provide personalised service and care, and encourage customer loyalty to collect valuable data for future interactions.
• Be a Brand Ambassador:
  Share product knowledge and curate stunning jewellery selections that tell a story.
• Achieve sales targets:
  Focus on conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction to exceed sales goals.
• Support store operations:
  Assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards and process transactions accurately at the till.
