UnityPoint Health is actively recruiting a Family Medicine Physician trained in OB/GYN to join our team in Grinnell. Our facility in Grinnell offers coordinated clinic, hospital, and home-based care for residents across east central Iowa, serving over 47,000 people in 6 counties.

• Join a team of obstetrics providers: 1 OBGYN, a Family Medicine Physician trained in C-sections, and a Certified Nurse Midwife, all supported by the hospital.
• Participate in a 1:3 call schedule.
• Work in a new outpatient clinic attached to the hospital, with access to da Vinci Xi robotic surgery and excellent OR facilities.
• Handle over 200 deliveries annually, with potential to increase to 300, and perform over 200 procedures.
• Utilize a 33-bed hospital equipped with remote fetal monitoring, ultrasound, and more.
• Typical schedule includes approximately 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in the OR, adaptable based on the physician.
• Work in a Level 4 Trauma Emergency Department with a team of 50 employed providers and 350 staff members.
• This position is open to all candidates, including new graduates.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Certified in Family Practice with OB.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Iowa medical license.
• Current authority to prescribe medications as required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (H1-B cap exempt).
