, we’re more than a workplace—we’re a family. We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Day Shift Resident Assistant/Caregiver and PRN Resident Assistants/Caregivers for all shifts to support our residents with compassion, dignity, and heart.

Full-Time Resident Assistant – Day Shift
(Includes weekdays and every other weekend)

PRN Resident Assistant – All Shifts
(Days, evenings, and overnights as needed)

Must be at least 18 years old

Caregiving experience preferred (assisted living experience aielle, but not required)

CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented individuals

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, etc.)

Support residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well‑being

Help serve meals and create a warm, welcoming dining experience

Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and families

Maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
