Process Supervisor - High Speed Extrusion

We are seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to support our high-speed extrusion operation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in extrusion processes, with the ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The Process Supervisor will also be responsible for training Operators and Technicians. Experience with a Graham Wheel is required.

• Set up and operate high-speed extrusion equipment, specifically Graham Wheel.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform equipment changeovers, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Train and mentor team members on the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of the Graham Wheel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, develop best practices, and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the workplace.

• 3+ years of experience in high-speed extrusion operations, specifically with Graham Wheel.
• 1+ year training and/or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of extrusion processes.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude; advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train plant personnel on safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
