Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and spending most of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

Base pay: $15.00–$28.00 per hour (actual rate may exceed minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
