2nd Adventure Services, powering Brownells, Crow Wholesale, and , is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Security to lead the daily execution of our hybrid cloud and enterprise security operations. This role is ideal for a steady, hands‑on leader who thrives in operational environments where reliability, security, and service delivery directly impact the business.
As the Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Security
, you will lead Cloud Engineering, Systems Administration, and Service Desk teams. You will be accountable for infrastructure reliability, security posture, and IT service performance while partnering closely with managed service providers and security vendors. This role balances leadership, execution, and vendor oversight to ensure our systems remain secure, stable, and scalable as our brands continue to grow.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Azure‑first hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
- Lead enterprise security controls including Conditional Access, secure configuration standards, CASB, and Sentinel SIEM monitoring
- Mature IT service delivery through ITIL‑based practices, automation, and service catalog improvements
- Reduce incident resolution times and improve service reliability through process optimization
- Partner with Enterprise Applications, Digital, and Business Operations teams to support business‑critical systems including order processing and warehouse management
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement planning
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
, including 3+ years in a leadership role
, with proven success leading hybrid cloud environments and enterprise cybersecurity execution. You have hands‑on historical experience with Azure and firewalls
, but now operate primarily as a leader who drives outcomes through teams and MSPs. You are comfortable owning uptime, incident response, vendor performance, and service delivery metrics. Experience supporting retail, distribution, or eCommerce environments is a strong plus.
