As a Substitute Para educator, You Will

• Assist students with academic tasks and classroom activities
• Support teachers and staff in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students
• Help students with physical, emotional, or behavioral needs, depending on the assignment

Substitute Paraeducators are compensated at a rate of $16.35 hourly. The work day consists of 6 hours. Half days are also an option. Please note that we cannot offer benefits for substitutes.
