Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring quality care is delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of mental health professionals, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff, including case consultations and review of documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge in providing behavioral health services.
- Conduct performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and increase access to care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program data.
- Weekly clinical supervision towards licensure hours.
- Training and development opportunities, including free access to in‑house training and a yearly stipend for CEU‑earning trainings not offered at UCFS.
- Team meetings and case collaboration.
- Opportunity to develop groups for all populations with a focus on supporting your professional goals.
- Training in specialty areas such as ARC, TFCBT, MATCH, Treatment of Disordered Eating, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting.
- Knowledge of evidence‑based practices for treating mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and community partners.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be licensed as a mental health professional in Connecticut.
- Bi‑lingual Spanish/English preferred with pay differential offered.
