Je verzorgt zelfstandig de salarisverwerking, verwerkt mutaties en controleert cao's en wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast analyseer en verbeter je processen, optimaliseer salarissystemen en ondersteun bij implementaties of conversies.
De opdrachten variëren in duur en inhoud en vragen om flexibiliteit en adviseurschap rondom salariszaken.
