Als opnamedeskundige ben je veel op pad en is het werk divers! Je bezoekt zelfstandig eigenaren van panden, voornamelijk in de woningbouw.
Tijdens het bezoek breng je alles schades in kaart door middel van foto's en maar je daar op locatie en vanaf kantoor een kleine rapportage van. Je maakt tijdens het werk enkel opnames, dus hoeft geen advies/oordeel te geven. In deze functie is het van belang dat je sterk bent in de communicatie, sociaal en dat je kunt verplaatsen in de mensen.
- Een MBO opleiding in bouw of techniek (pre)
- Communicatief, sociaal vaardig
- Zonder bouwkundige opleiding: ervaring en/of affiniteit in de bouw
- Rijbewijs
