TEAM Personeel in Groningen is op zoek naar een Medior Bouwkostendeskundige om bij te dragen aan de versterking van woningen en gebouwen in het aardbevingsgebied. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het opstellen van projectbudgetten, kostenindicaties beoordelen en adviseren bij de ontwikkeling van beleid.
Gezocht wordt iemand met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de bouw en een relevante HBO-opleiding. Dit is een fulltime functie voor 36 uur per week met een contract voor 12 maanden, opties voor verlenging zijn mogelijk.
