Key Responsibilities of the Role:- Project Management
- Prepare relevant reports
- Management of Design Consultants and Building Contractors
- Provide solutions and cost projections
- Management of Site Design and Construction processes
- Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
- To manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
- Reporting on construction progress
- All other duties associated with this role and/or reasonably required by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to vary the scope and nature of the Employee’s normal duties to take into account changes in the Company’s work patterns and practices and the requirements of its business
- A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager
- Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
- Ability to control and manage people and programs
- A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
- Ability to drive a large-scale project
- Computer skills - Windows, MS Office and MS Project
