Als betontimmerman in Groningen werk je aan betonconstructies die de basis vormen van echte bouwprojecten. Jij zorgt dat bekistingen strak, veilig en volgens tekening worden opgebouwd. Je werkt buiten, ziet direct resultaat van je werk en draait mee in een nuchter bouwteam waar afspraken gewoon worden nagekomen.
In deze functie draait het om maatvoering, vakmanschap en aanpakken. Je krijgt duidelijk werk, korte lijnen en collega’s die weten wat er moet gebeuren. Geen eindeloos overleg, maar bouwen aan iets dat blijft staan.
