Syplon zoekt een Inspecteur / Projectcoördinator Beheer & Onderhoud voor Noord-Nederland. Je maakt de onderhoudsstaat inzichtelijk en vertaalt dit naar concrete, duurzame onderhoudsplannen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt af met collega’s om het beste resultaat te behalen.
Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of Built Environment en ruime ervaring met gebouwinspecties volgens NEN 2767 en MJOP’s. Je werkt op kantoor en op locatie aan diverse maatschappelijke vastgoedprojecten.
