* Position Overview
* We’re looking for an
* Incredible
* * Digital Media Designer
* with a strong digital portfolio and a passion for social media, paid ads, and modern visual content.

This role focuses primarily on
* social media design, paid advertising creative, short-form video, and digital/web-based graphics*. You’ll work closely with our Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, and creative teams to develop engaging, high-performing visuals for clients in the aesthetic medical space.

* Who You Are
* You’re a digital-first designer who understands how design supports marketing performance. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

* Responsibilities
* * Design
* social media graphics
* for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and more

* Create
* static and motion-based ad creative
* for Meta, Google Display, and more

* Produce and edit
* short-form video content* (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts, Stories)

* Develop
* digital and web graphics
* such as banners, landing-page sections, and UI-style assets

* Support production-level creative work including templates, ad variations, and brand assets

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution

* Assist with light motion graphics and animations as needed

* Requirements
* * English fluency required

* Minimum
* 3 years of digital graphic design experience* (5+ preferred)

* A
* recent digital design portfolio
* showcasing social, ads, video, and motion work

* Proficiency in
* Adobe Creative Suite* (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and
* Canva
* * Video editing experience using
* Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Cap Cut
* * Basic motion graphics experience in
* After Effects
* * Strong understanding of
* digital-first and mobile-friendly design
* * Comfortable working across multiple brands and brand guidelines

* Pluses
* * Prior digital marketing agency experience

* Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or high-end service industries

* Experience creating digital/web graphics for marketing campaigns

* Familiarity with social scheduling and ad platforms

* Familiarity with drip campaigns / email marketing

* familiarity with CRM and landing page solutions
