Een internationaal bedrijf in e-commerce in Groningen is op zoek naar een Customer Service E-commerce medewerker. In deze rol ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor webshopklanten en ondersteun je hen bij hun vragen en bestellingen. Met uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden bied je topservice en zorg je voor een positieve klantbeleving. Je hebt een MBO- of HBO-opleiding en minimaal basiskennis van CRM-systemen.

Een afwisselende functie met een salaris tussen € 2.521 en € 3.221 bruto per maand.
