We zoeken kandidaten met een (para) medische achtergrond, die creatief, zelfstandig en communicatief vaardig zijn in zowel Nederlands als Engels. De functie vereist affiniteit met eerstelijnsgeneeskunde en interprofessioneel onderwijs.
