IKEC de Waterlelie is gelegen nin de wijk Prinsenhof-Hoog in Leidschendam. Ons onderwijs kenmerkt zich door een veilig pedagogisch klimaat, leerkracht- gestuurd onderwijs waarbij er extra aandacht is voor de verwerving van het Nederlands als tweede taal. Wegens uitbreiding van onze nieuwkomersgroep zoeken wij een tweede leerkracht.
Wij zoeken een leerkracht die:- Graag de samenwerking aangaat binnen de school en het IKEC.
- Affiniteit heeft met NT2- onderwijs.
- Cultureel sensitief is.
- Een professioneel, zelfsturend team met zowel ervaren als startende collega's.
- Ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en je expertise in te zetten.
- Een werkplek waar je echt het verschil kan maken voor leerlingen.
