Job Description & How to Apply Below
Overview  Poly Vation develops and manufactures high-quality polymers for medical applications. We operate in an international environment where chemistry, technology, and quality come together to create solutions that contribute to better healthcare worldwide. Our team is young, ambitious, and innovative – and we are looking for an experienced professional to help us grow further. Are you a seasoned process engineer who is not only technically strong but also able to guide, coach, and inspire colleagues?

Then we are looking for you!
As a Senior Process Engineer, you are the technical cornerstone of our production processes. You actively work on the floor, take the lead in complex processes, and serve as a go-to expert for the team. You are not a manager, but a hands-on professional who keeps both feet on the ground and helps the team maintain quality and continuity.
Responsibilities   Implement, validate, improve, and scale up manufacturing processes for biomedical and pharmaceutical polymers, including related documentation and reporting.
Ensure that processes and products comply with relevant quality standards.
Perform root cause analyses and troubleshoot process issues.
Train and coach process operators to strengthen knowledge and skills.
Act as lead operator or back-up for new and/or complex manufacturing processes.
Select, install, and qualify new equipment.
Advise management on possible or necessary improvements to processes and infrastructure, including justification and investment proposals.
Monitor and analyze process data and batch results; apply preventive measures in case of trend deviations.
Perform and update risk analyses.
Conduct periodic reviews of manufacturing processes and critical equipment.
Write reports and production instructions.
Qualifications   Extensive experience (minimum 7–10 years) in process engineering within a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably in polymers or life sciences.
Hands-on mentality: you enjoy being involved in practical work and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with validation, quality standards (ISO, GMP), and risk management.
A coaching attitude: you enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding a young team.
Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing.
In case of non-EU citizen: in possession of a work permit.
Benefits   A challenging role where your experience truly makes a difference.
Work in an innovative environment with plenty of room for your input.
A collaborative team that values your expertise.
Competitive salary based on experience and education.
Profit-sharing and pension scheme.
