• Developing and optimizing materials, processes, or devices for QD‑based imaging technologies
• Translating laboratory‑scale innovations into robust, scalable manufacturing processes
• Designing and executing experiments to improve performance, reliability, and yield
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (R&D, process engineering, and partners)
• Analyzing data and contributing to technical documentation and reporting
