Key Responsibilities Identify key opportunities to develop and implement equipment and/or process enhancements that improve efficiency, product yield, and safety.
Plan and implement product and process improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.
Design and implement experimental protocols using statistical tools to enhance manufacturing processes and product performance.
Analyze current processes to identify equipment and process enhancements that increase efficiency, yield, and safety.
Develop detailed documentation for process validation, project management, business‑case proposals, and root‑cause problem solving while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Lead Six Sigma initiatives to optimize processes and resolve problems within production environments.
Support NPI launch by completing process characterization work, process challenge testing, capability and stability runs, and qualifying new products and processes.
Coordinate corrective/preventative actions that address any process‑quality manufacturing issues.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Science with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
Project‑management experience in an engineering environment.
2+ years of experience in an engineering role within an FDA‑regulated environment.
Six Sigma certification or extensive experience applying Six Sigma methodologies for analytical problem solving.
Strong project‑management skill set and familiarity with GMP and ISO compliance.

Salary & Benefits Base Pay: €44,700.00 – €70,840.00 per year.
Benefits include an annual bonus with a target percentage of pay, performance‑based commissions, vacation days, a minimum of 12weeks of parental leave, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well‑being reimbursement, financial and physical health programs, service‑anniversary recognition, and insurance plans for employees and eligible dependents.
