MEP Site Supervisor; ML

Position: MEP Site Supervisor (ML)
Overview
We are seeking an  MEP Site Supervisor  for one of our Hyperscale Data Centers in Groningen, Netherlands. At Linesight, you'll work with highly experienced, culturally diverse teams on some of the world’s most exciting hyperscale data center projects. This is a site-based role.

The Opportunity
In this role you will:

Supervise the on-site delivery of ELV and Liquid Cooling construction packages.

Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Coordinate the installation and integration of liquid cooling infrastructure, including CDUs, manifolds, leak detection, telemetry, and controls systems.

Oversee ELV systems including BMS, structured cabling, monitoring systems, and controls integration.

Identify design discrepancies, constructability issues, and field conflicts, driving resolution through RFIs and technical reviews.

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews.

Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover activities.

Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and project standards.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have experience supervising MEP, ELV, or mission‑critical construction projects.

Have worked on data centers, industrial facilities, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or other complex infrastructure projects.

Understand ELV systems, controls integration, and liquid cooling technologies.

Can interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, single‑line diagrams, and BIM/Revit models.

Have experience managing RFIs, quality inspections, and contractor performance on site.

Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
