BMS Project Manager

We are recruiting an experienced  Project Manager  to join a leading engineering contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project.
The role will be responsible for managing BMS/PMS-related works, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing technical delivery, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project delivery, schedules, progress reporting and site coordination.
Oversee BMS/PMS/Generator system activities and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors and suppliers.
Manage technical documentation, handover requirements and quality processes.
Review technical submissions, resolve issues and drive successful project delivery.
Support planning, procurement, risk assessments and site execution.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a Project Management, Engineering or Supervisory role.
Experience managing subcontractors on large-scale MEP or critical infrastructure projects.
Strong technical understanding of  BMS, PMS and generator systems .
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Package:  €110,000 + full travel and accommodation covered.
