Johnson & Johnson Med Tech in Groningen seeks a Senior Manager, New Product Introduction Quality Engineer to lead the NPQE function within R&D. You will oversee quality systems, ensure design controls, CTQ flow-down, validation, and risk management while guiding cross-functional teams.
The role requires 8–10 years in R&D/Quality/Regulatory with at least 5 years in management, and strong FDA/ISO/MDR knowledge. Location is Groningen with global regulatory responsibility.
