Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen (UMCG) zoekt een betrokken apothekersassistent voor de Farmaceutische Patiëntenzorg. Je werkt samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en ziekenhuisapothekers aan veilige en efficiënte farmacotherapie in een academische ziekenhuisomgeving.
Je behandelt complexe medicatievraagstukken, verricht medicatieverificatie en draagt bij aan continue kwaliteitsverbetering in patiëntenzorg. Avond-, weekend- en bereikbaarheidsdiensten zijn onderdeel van de functie.
