Physio Match is an international recruitment company based in Groningen, the Netherlands. For the past seven years, the organization has connected physiotherapists from across Europe with suitable employers in Switzerland. Its team of nine employees supports candidates throughout the recruitment, matching and relocation process while maintaining close relationships with healthcare employers.

As an International Recruiter at Physio Match, the participant will recruit and support physiotherapists from across Europe who are interested in working in Switzerland. The participant will match candidates with suitable employers based on their preferences and qualifications and guide them through the recruitment and relocation process. The role involves maintaining personal contact with candidates and clients, providing tailored information and contributing to successful long-term matches.

• Recruit suitable physiotherapists from across Europe.
• Inform and personally support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Match candidates with suitable physiotherapy practices in Switzerland.
• Guide candidates through the relocation and emigration process.
• Maintain and expand relationships with candidates and clients.
• Contribute to creative marketing and recruitment campaigns.
• Create and publish job vacancies and promote them through social media.
• Discuss and document the needs and preferences of candidates and clients.
