IT​/Network Engineer - Service Provider

One of our top clients is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join their team in Groningen, supporting secure and reliable network infrastructure in a hands‑on, customer‑facing role.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Fortinet networking experience who enjoys working hands‑on with customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering high‑quality technical support.

• Deliver customer‑focused engineering support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues across various environments
• Provide technical support both remotely and on‑site at customer locations
• Support and maintain secure network environments using Fortinet technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

• Proven hands‑on experience with Fortinet networking solutions
• Strong background in network support, troubleshooting, and customer‑facing engineering roles
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required
• Ability to pass a medical assessment
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
• Experience or knowledge of VSAT technologies, particularly Starlink

• €3,000 - €4,500 per month
