Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Manager to support site-level cybersecurity and operational technology (OT) activities. This role involves ensuring the effective application of enterprise cybersecurity policies, maintaining asset inventories, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold security standards. The successful candidate will temporarily backfill the current Site Lead during a cybersecurity remediation program, ensuring continuity and adherence to governance requirements.

• Act as a subject matter expert on operational technology and cybersecurity at the site level.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate cybersecurity policies and standards, explaining them clearly to local teams.
• Perform inventory and qualification of OT assets in accordance with enterprise governance frameworks.
• Review the site's security operating model and contribute to harmonization initiatives aligning with enterprise best practices.
• Document the security model, roles, responsibilities, and governance structures in an audit-ready format.
• Define and document procedures for the use of enterprise password management solutions.
• Coordinate patching activities, planned maintenance, and operational impacts with the IT department and site teams.
• Collaborate closely with IT, OT, cybersecurity, quality, and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective security practices.

• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, operational technology environments, and risk management.
• Experience working within large enterprises with strict compliance and audit standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply corporate standards at the site level.
• Experience with asset management and security governance in regulated or industrial settings.
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to diverse audiences.
