Cybersecurity Specialist

This role provides site level operational technology and cybersecurity support during a temporary backfill period. The specialist ensures continuity of cybersecurity operations while aligning local execution with established enterprise standards. The focus is on execution, coordination, and documentation rather than policy creation.

• Act as the site level subject matter expert for operational technology and cybersecurity.
• Apply, monitor, and explain enterprise cybersecurity policies to local stakeholders.
• Perform inventory and qualification of operational technology assets.
• Review the existing site security operating model and support harmonization initiatives.
• Document site security roles, responsibilities, and governance in an audit‑ready format.
• Define and document procedures for the enterprise password management solution.
• Coordinate patching activities, maintenance planning, and operational impacts with IT.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, cybersecurity, quality, and corporate stakeholders.

• Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and operational technology environments.
• Experience working in large corporate organizations with strict governance and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to apply enterprise policies at the site level.
• Experience with asset management and security governance documentation.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Operates within a highly regulated corporate environment.

• Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch required.
