Je beschikt over HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met ITIL/ITSM. Ook vaardigheden zoals sterk stakeholdermanagement en klantgerichtheid zijn vereist. Aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een salaris tot €5400,- bruto per maand en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar.
