Sweco Nederland zoekt een Operationeel Hardservices Specialist die onderhoud en kosten bewaakt en de afstemming tussen beheer en projecten centraal stelt. Je werkt voor JDE-vestigingen in Joure en maakt deel uit van Sweco Vastgoedadvies Noord.
Je bent 3–5 jaar ervaring en opereert 2 dagen per week op locatie in Joure, met ruimte voor groei richting specialistische of projectmatige rollen. Een ambitieuze, multidisciplinaire omgeving en aandacht voor duurzaamheid kenmerken de functie.
