Process Technician Polymer Chemistry; Operator

Poly Vation is looking for a Process Technician who can independently carry out chemical processes to manufacture high-quality medical and pharmaceutical polymers. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, in day shifts with occasional flexibility for on‑call work. You will work in a clean and well‑organized environment with ISO
13485 and GMP guidelines.

• Prepare and execute production activities independently.
• Complete and maintain production records.
• Identify and report process deviations and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Keep the clean‑room workspace tidy and clean.
• Contribute to process improvements.

• Vocational diploma (MBO) in chemistry, process technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or chemical sector.
• Good communication skills and basic English (reading, writing, and speaking). Dutch is a plus.
• Accurate and structured working style.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Work permit for non‑EU citizens (if applicable).
