Campus HSE Lead

Job Overview  The HSE Lead will own all Health, Safety and Environmental activities as the number one on‑site for the construction of a major data centre campus in Groningen. This leadership position requires authority in decision‑making, regulatory liaison and best‑practice deployment in real time.
Responsibilities   Oversee total compliance and enforce group safety standards throughout build phases.
Lead development of safety strategies, audits and reporting to client frameworks.
Investigate and analyse incidents, ensuring root‑cause prevention measures are adopted.
Influence cultural engagement, acting as the visible champion for safe operations daily.
Experience and Qualifications   Industry‑recognised health and safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma minimum).
IOSH chartered membership essential.
Extensive tenure in senior HSE roles for mission‑critical or large‑scale construction projects.
Strong collaborative approach with the technical ability to manage high‑risk worksites.
