In this position, you will be responsible for performing laboratory activities within a GLP environment. You support the R&D team by preparing, executing, and documenting experiments with polymers, ensuring precision and compliance with quality standards. • Perform laboratory research according to GLP protocols, including preparing and testing polymers.
• Document experiments and results accurately and clearly, so they can be used for further development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and carry out experiments, and to find technical solutions for potential challenges.
• Contribute to the improvement of work methods and procedures to increase our research efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment, fully compliant with applicable guidelines.

• Experience with laboratory techniques, preferably in a GLP environment or similar.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry or polymers.
• Accurate and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
