Rotterdam Innovation City in Groningen zoekt een Assistent Storemanager die samen met de Storemanager verantwoordelijk is voor de winkel. Je werkt aan procesverbeteringen en stuurt een enthousiast winkelteam aan om de NPS en commerciële resultaten te laten groeien.
Je hebt minimaal mbo-niveau, 2 jaar leidinggevende retail-ervaring, HR-werkzaamheden en uitstekende Nederlandse vaardigheden. Weekend/avond/feestdagen behoren tot je flexibiliteit.
