Daan in Hoogeveen is op zoek naar een jeugdzorgwerker die het verschil kan maken voor jongeren met complexe gedragsproblemen. In een multidisciplinair team bied je structuur en stabiliteit aan jongeren tussen de 12 en 18 jaar die buiten de reguliere zorg vallen.
Wij verwachten een hbo-opleiding in Social Work of Pedagogiek, SKJ-registratie en ervaring met de LVB-doelgroep. In ruil daarvoor bieden we een passend salaris, onregelmatigheidstoeslag en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
