Zuid Profs in Groningen zoekt een ervaren Wmo Consulent die verantwoordelijk is voor het afhandelen van meldingen binnen de Wmo. Je voert huisbezoeken uit en hebt gesprekken met cliënten om hen te ondersteunen bij complexe vraagstukken.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een afgeronde opleiding voor WMO Consulent, beschikt over drie jaar werkervaring in het sociaal domein en heeft een sterke affiniteit met complexe doelgroepen.
Daarnaast ben je digitaal vaardig en sterk in rapporteren, zodat je zelfstandig kunt werken binnen de organisatie.
