Zorgplein Noord in Groningen zoekt een Ambulant Begeleider Crisisinterventies Jeugd. Jij biedt hulpverlening aan jongeren en gezinnen in acute nood en werkt methodisch in duo's. Je hebt een Hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting en SKJ registratie. De functie biedt een salaris tussen €3.601 en €5.410 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek, contract voor 12 maanden met potentiële verlenging, en diverse ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen een collegiaal team.
