Triade Vitree zoekt een jeugdzorgwerker voor Kajuit 117 in Almere. Je begeleidt jongeren tussen 12 en 15 jaar die niet thuis kunnen wonen en biedt veiligheid, structuur en stabiliteit in een behandelgroep.
Je werkt samen met collega’s aan behandel- en begeleidingsplannen, hebt een signalerende rol en draait onregelmatige diensten, inclusief slaapdiensten. Het gaat om een jaarcontract van 28–32 uur met uitzicht op vast dienstverband, CAO Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 40, en een eindejaarsuitkering.
