La Hacienda zoekt een sociaal pedagogisch werker 2/ondersteunend begeleider voor locatie Arduinlaan in Groningen. Je maakt deel uit van een ondersteunend begeleidingsteam en werkt voornamelijk van 15.00 tot 23.00 uur, ook in het weekend. Je draagt bij aan veiligheid, begeleiding en de uitvoering van zorgplannen voor jongeren tot 26 jaar.
Het gaat om een jaarcontract voor 12 uur per week met inschaling in schaal 6 van CAO Sociaal Werk. Een VOG is verplicht bij indiensttreding.
