Het Twaalfde Huis in Groningen zoekt een werkbegeleider voor de fietswerkplaats. Je begeleidt deelnemers bij werkzaamheden, bent sturend, motiverend en coachend, en hebt affiniteit met dak- en thuislozen. Je begrijpt hun leefwereld en zorgt voor een veilige, respectvolle werkplek waar iedereen mee kan doen.
De functie vraagt geduld, duidelijke communicatie en het vermogen om mensen te helpen groeien. Werktijden: 32 uur per week, op locatie in Groningen.
