Bij Beter Thuis Wonen zoeken we een Ambulant Begeleider A die bij cliënten thuis komt om zorg en begeleiding te coördineren. Je stemt af met het netwerk rondom de cliënt en zorgt voor passende begeleiding, ook bij complexere problematiek.
Je werkt 24 uur per week, met kans op verlenging. Er is aandacht voor werk-privébalans, ontwikkeling via onze academy en een marktconform CAO-salaris.
