Beter Thuis Wonen zoekt een Ambulant Begeleider B die cliënten thuis bezoekt en samen met hen een begeleidingsplan opstelt. Je bevordert zelfredzaamheid, helpt bij dagelijkse taken en leert praktische vaardigheden zoals omgaan met openbaar vervoer en financiën.
Je rapporteert observaties en interventies aan de Coördinator en werkt samen met collega’s aan passende begeleiding. Een VOG is vereist en er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling via onze academie.
