Join Royal Wagenborg as a Maritime Officer for our European Coaster Fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels both in a Nautical and Technical position.

Key responsibilities- Oversee navigation and cargo operations
- Maintain compliance with maritime regulations
- Coordinate with the crew for smooth sailing

Requirements- Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (STCW VII/2 or STCW II/2)
- Valid STCW Training Certificates
- Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a multicultural crew
- Experience with general cargo trade
- Experience with mixed Nationality crew
- Demonstrated knowledge of cargo handling operations and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging maritime environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements
