Job Description
Join us as a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician at Centria Autism
. This role gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism by working one‑on‑one with them under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based techniques.
- Use data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain a positive, safe environment, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
- 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Tuberculosis test if not current.
- Pass pre‑employment background check.
- Physical ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
$17–$20 per hour.
