Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Grosse Pointe Woods clinic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well‑being.

  • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
  • Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
  • Oversee patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
  • Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain those goals
  • Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • New graduates encouraged – we would love for you to start your career with us!
  • Current state of Michigan license and CPR certification
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced clinic
  • Passion for using evidence‑based manual therapy interventions
  • Eagerness to grow professionally within an organization
Additional Information

Salary is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the company’s plan.
